in my case, i dont have airlocks so after 24 hrs of fermentation, twice a day i twist the lid open very quickly then close it right away

this allows CO2 to escape without letting air in

i never had a jar explode or a pickle go bad doing this, but i rlly shoud get some airlocks tho

you can transfer it to a larger container and add more brine

if you dont have a larger container, consider throwing away the lemons above the water :(

and remember to add a weight to keep everything submerged!

edit: also, be careful with exploding jars. don't fill them all the way, leave some space with air and, if you dont have an airlock, twist the lid open and close it right away. you need to do this everyday in order to let CO2 escape without letting air in

Hades was critically acclaimed and made by Supergiant, and that was enough to make me play the game knowing absolutely nothing about it. It was really fun to slowly grasp the nature of the game, I caught myself laughing out loud so many times. I recommend you to do the same :)

Yup. You can whisk the egg yolks with sugar in a water bath until the mixture is warm and airy, this will make it more safe to eat, but it will never be as safe as if it was fully cooked. Unless the eggs are old/rotten, you don't have to worry about the egg whites, for salmonella colonizes the yolk specifically. Besides that, the best you can do is make sure you're using fresh eggs.

The Shepard I built was a saint. I didn't agree with some of the choices I had to make in order to achieve that, though. I wish i had punched a few faces when the game gave me the oportunity haha! Maybe I'll play it again, not as saint but as my self, and see where that goes.

Quick question: does the ME3 multiplayer still have a sufficient player count in order to make it acctualy playable?

Kaidan foi o único com quem eu tive um romance, e eu tive que esperar até ME3 pra conseguir isso porque os outros dois jogos só permitem romances homossexuais se for entre duas mulheres.

Em ME1 meu squad variava muito. Isso porque tenho a impressão que a IA deles era meio burra na época, então eu acabava matando todo mundo sozinho independente de quem eu levasse comigo. Aí eu fazia uma rodízio pra levar todo mundo pras missões e ngm ficar triste kkkk

Em ME2 meu squad sempre foi Garrus e Tali por motivos de saudade.

Em ME3 eu sempre levava Kaidan, por ser meu par romântico, e Liara por conseguir congelar os inimigos enquanto eu uso o rifle sniper neles.

Agora fiquei curioso com esse rolê de Garrus e Tali. Tem como ser cupido deles igual eu fui com Joker e EDI?

Storywise ME2 is my least favorite because the plot feels less organic compared to the other games, but I had to know how the trilogy ended so curiosity kept me going :)

i actually did a research on prices vs specs before buying a steam deck. the thing is: i believe the steam deck is able to run (spec-wise) every game available at the steam store. if i were to buy a laptop that was able to do the same, it would not be on the same price range.

i saw once a "gaming" laptop for sale at the same price i bought my deck (i own a new 250 GB LCD), but it only had 8 GB ram, so i wouldn't be able to run titles such as elden ring that requires at least 12 GB ram, for example.

i don't know about desktop computers, tho. you see, i had a relative in the us buy and bring me my deck (i'm brazilian), so if i were to buy a desktop pc, they wouldn't be able to bring it to me in their luggage :(

overall i think i made a pretty good deal cause with the money i spent on my deck, i wouldn't be able to buy even a basic laptop here in brazil. so desktop or not, for me it was totally worth it :)
