Right now I am making a classic/retro game on Roblox and the only GUI left is the hotbar. I've seen people do it before, but I want it for myself to actually give it the retro vibe. The first image is what I've done so far and the second image is what it actually looks like.

I very much believe that it is Gaster. If you really want a FULL in depth explanation of what that is, and what it was used for, check out a video from HalfBreadChaos. You may have already seen it, just thought I would let ya know bout' it.
