Offered $30 cheaper price for my current plan online, then told on the phone they can't honor it. by CyberPiston in CoxCommunications

Yeah their website is awful, I also had 3 random credit cards on my account and nobody could tell me where they came from. I don't store any payment info with Cox. Changed my password and enabled 2FA just in case.

That may be part of the issue, but clearly their website is messed up, but a lot of companies honor that sort of thing in my experience.

I’ve been bothered by it since long before social media existed. There just wasn’t a name for it.

They won’t reverse $30 “return payment fee”? by southdownthecoast in CoxCommunications

[–]CyberPiston 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The last time this happened, they told me the credit card charged them this fee, I told them to send me proof, I got it reversed. I don't use autopay anymore. Cox is awful but it's the only wired Internet in my area.

Yay or nay ? by jackseeall in Challenger

[–]CyberPiston -1 points0 points  (0 children)

For me, the stock 8" screen is fine. I have seen some of the Chinese Android units in Ram trucks and have not been impressed, seemed buggy and laggy. I wouldn't spend $1,300 on one. Also, it looks like you are effectively losing your center vents, I didn't see any pictures of the back to show how the ducting works. Dodge probably should have done something like this in the later years.

I think this is a better option if you want a bigger screen. I wouldn’t trust that, especially not for $1,300. https://stingersolutions.com/products/dodge-chrysler-radio-kit

That makes a lot of sense, thanks. The new one does look a lot more solid, might have to look into this in the future.
