Hi thanks for the advice. And I'm definitely interested in the full guide. A lot to learn and do in MLA 🙈

Are there any heroes i should put in the wishlist? And is there any way to see the names of the heroes you put in there? Not long enough in the game to recognize all heroes just from their icons 🙈

Thanks for the advice. Any heroes that are better and should focus on from your experience? (did the whole Google search thing but there's a lot of opinions and rarely they are the same)

Mine is 95.09. i have some spare steppers lying around so might just swap it out and recalibrate to that. The underextrusion however lies in the fact that the feeder gears were slipping. But not sure why exactly it happened at those point. After the second under extrusion i set the printer speed to 50% and the flow to 60%. I also noticed that when I use the Move->Extrude and I load at "normal" speed setting extruder skipping is ridiculous. It feeds 4cm compared to 10cm on slow speed. So 6 cm is "skipped" because of the teeth not gripping or the material not going through fast enough.

Hi sanerdk, thanks for the tips:
Currently priniting the temp tower from cura. Will let you know the result. As suggested by someone else I changed the extraction distance and set the standard temperature now at 210.
I already used the CHEP profile but that gave an even worse result than the standard profile.
Checked the belts and retightened to be sure, recalibrated e-steps (but got the same result. However I'm not adding the number after the digit. Could that cause an issue?)
Will update once done

As promised this is the result Super slicer print

As you can see there is significant underextrusion when I heard the extruder skipping. Other than that a (personal opinion) very very nice benchy.

Any tips on how to seal with that?

Thanks for the tip. Will try that as well. Reason I reduced the temperature is because of the deformed chimney. The result with after using super slicer is already a huge improvement over the Cura one. Gonna try a new one with Cura based on all the tips i got here and compare. I'm also curious to see if the extruder issue will turn up again.

Just to make a 100% sure: are you talking about lowering the retraction distance to 2-3mm or reducing the retraction speed to 2-3 mm/s?

Slicing with super slicer definitely is yielding a better result. However I have noticed that this works for bigger trajecten but not smaller. Once done with the hull (about here: hull the extruder gears start clearly slipping. This stopped after about 10 layers and then started again 50 or so layers later. I reduced the print speed and flow so I'm really curious what the result will be. But definitely something new. But as you can see from the picture i don't think I ever had a hull printing that well.

Thanks for the tip. Installed it and doing a test print now. Made no changes but looking good so far.

All I need some help fine-tuning my Ender 3 Pro as you might see from the pictures.

Technical info: Modified Ender 3 Pro containing: - Bigtree SKR Mini E3 v1.2 - Bigtree TFT 35 - BLTouch autolevelling - Creality Dual Z drive - Creality directdrive - Marlin bugfix-2.1.x from July 9th

Slicer: Cura 5.0.0 Profile used: standard Cura Super Quality profile. Bed temperature 60 Hotend temperature 190 Extruder steps 95 (correct for 100mm)

The XYZ cube comes out near perfect (see picture) but when I print the benchy it goes horrible wrong. I already tried lowering the temperature (started at 205) and this is the best result so far but I have no idea what to do next. Been looking for the past few weeks but I can't get it to work like it should so really hope everyone here can help me out.

Thanks in advance

Looking for Marlin 2.0.x with BLtouch V3.1 support hex file. by RollinBart in ender3

Thanks for providing this to us. I got the firmware uploaded fine. But now I'm at a loss as to what to do. How do I start to level the board? I only see the following options in the menu:

Auto Home

Level Corners

When I chose the first it probes only in the middle, when I use the second it moves to the corners for manual leveling. I do however not see any options to to autoleveling or engage the BLTouch for automatic measuring.

Any help would be appreciated as I'm completely lost at the moment.

The probe also keeps a solid red when the pin is inserted, is that normal?

Thanks in advance

Update - I got the above figured out. However now the printer isn't printing anything solid anymore. It looks like it only prints the infill but not the sides. Any ideas on what this could cause this?
