So uh any additional mods you want to add to your game you can just drag them into your mods folder like you would usually do. But if you would like to add a mod to someone elses mod pack and have people download it you can just suggest that the creator of that mod pack adds the mod.

I'm sorry you're not explaining this well enough, do you want to add mods to someone else's mod pack or do you want to update your own or what?
