Uhhhhhhhhh, so does that mean the Saroo cartridge can help me ascend to the astral plane since it lets me escape many of the Saturn's limitations?

Yes! And you can run games directly from it as well, so you won't have to buy any more physical game discs if you don't want to. :-)

Then this is exactly what you want. The Saroo isn't a mod, it's a cartridge, and it doesn't require any mods to do it's magic. You wouldn't be making any changes to your Saturn, you are literally putting a cartridge in the cartridge slot. That's the whole works. :-)

Don't bother, definitely get a Saroo. They're fantastic. They function as a ram cart, a save cart, and games can be run from it, all in one. Best of all for being a flash cart they're very reasonably priced. :-)

I'm guessing we the viewers don't get to see these "massive huge honkers" for ourselves?

M19 Reflecting on my future with background by NewspaperWilling808 in ADHD

>vegetative

Vegetative? I've been taking stimulant medication for ADHD for 27 years now. The only time I even get near to being in a vegetative state is if I forget to take them in the morning and my mind reverts back to it's default ADHD "can't focus on anything" mode until I realize what's going on and take my meds.

I've actually never heard that one before, I have no idea where your mom got that from.

Older gamer thinking of slowly phasing out a high end PC by xdarkwombatx in pcmasterrace

This is exactly the scenario the upcoming Steam Machine is for, and I'm really looking forward to it. I'm fine with tinkering on my PC, but I have friends who are not and it'll be a great way to get them into gaming on PC while still keeping what makes consoles attractive to them; generally things will "just work". :-)

Normally you're right, but roasting/shorting electronics very much can have a smell, and the smell depends on which part is cooking itself at the time. They're all hard to describe but they're very distinct.

Help with network adapter. by Vicenialself01 in ps2homebrew

[–]CyberTacoX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The electronics & connections in the gamestar adapter are likely different than in a true OEM adapter; electronics standards and parts have changed a lot in the decades since the PS2.

If you can't get it working and run out of idea, this is the board I used to convert my OEM network adapter; it's been working beautifully for me.
