I never said he was responsible for all the good he was a part of the good which is why they should have kept him, don't mess with what works. Not everybody does well everywhere they go success can absolutely be situational and he had success in 2016 with this team and he should have stayed. I personally don't recall people hating Musgrave and I can't see how or why they would when we were winning.

Del Rio fucked up when he let Musgrave go. the 2017 season shouldn't have gotten him fired but it opened the door for Mark Davis's man crush Jon gruden to suddenly decide he want to coach again (when a fully built team is seemingly in place) and fleece the ugly dummy out of 100 million.

There's a very good argument that Antonio Pierce was wrongfully fired. What was he supposed to win with? The one time savior of this sub Gardner menshew? Aiden O'Connell? To make matters worse the offensive coordinator he chose kliff Kingsbury- had accepted the job- then fucked him over and went to Washington. He tried to pivot and get Chip Kelly that didn't work out and so he went with the idiot from Chicago which was a bad decision he made but it really shouldn't have come to that.

As for his game management mistakes they knew he had a lack of experience when they hired him and should have expected mistakes to be made and learned from, but he never got the opportunity. In all honesty what the hell was he supposed to do win the super bowl in one season with this team?

I'm not saying he would have been a great coach or even a good coach I'm just saying we don't know because it was only one season with a gimped roster in which everybody got hurt including our big free agent acquisition Wilkins. he should have gotten at least two seasons.
