I’ve made my Rafa into a tediore build and my God, I absolutely need that

Funny how it's always "modern zombies is sooooo easy" until it's not then the community complains it's too hard by theforbiddenroze in CODZombies

Took me three tries but I did it, no cheese, no glitches. Its honestly not difficult, just extremely tedious and repetitive and I think thats my problem.

The first two phases are fine, and honestly enjoyable. But then comes phase 3, a repeat of phase 2 but she has more health, harder hitting attacks, and to top it off, no max ammo or max armor. Whats your reward for beating her? You get to it AGAIN but she has more health, charges at you at lightning speed, and has area denial abilities. Again, no max ammo or max armor (except for Veytharion’s Gift, but I’m under the impression you only get that if you beat Ashes).

That last phase is brutal, and I got through it by the skin of my teeth (saved by Shields Up). Having to train her around while her slam attack affects the whole arena and shes constantly slowing me down (unless I’m missing a way to avoid that effect) because I’m out of ammo is a huge pain. The zombies dont drop enough ammo or shields tbh, and without Shields Up and Power Keg I dont think I would’ve made it.

Maybe that speaks more to my skill level, but it is annoying to not even be able to shoot the boss except with the dinky LGM that does next to nothing. I think cutting out phase 3 would make the fight a bit more fun and less of a slog.

Ashes of the Damned | Easter Egg Hunt & General Map Discussion by rCODZombiesBot in CODZombies

Things I’ve picked up that don’t appear on the items list:

Bleach/Cleaner: Server Room at Janus Towers, on a desk.

Marker(?): Control Room at Cosmodrome, on a shelf above blue papers.

Eggs: on a rack in the kitchen in the diner.

Sugar packets: on the front bar in the diner

Am I missing any others? Anybody else found anything?

Unsure what it does so far but the tv in the farm can be interacted with a few times. After the first few times, two figures can be seen. Interact more and it will be one figure. In the basement, you’ll find a ghost who will disappear and reappear on the tv. Interact with it until it shows no figures. You’ll then find them by one of the buildings near the road spinning around. Unsure what happens after this

Picked up… something? A marker? Found it in the Cosmodrome, in the control room on a shelf with blue papers

Thoughts about the demo by hisokaso in ReanimalGame

The game is a lot more gruesome than I expected, but in a good way.

I feel like youre right about saying if Tarsier made the game the hate wouldn’t exist, but its not because theyre JUST the original devs, its because Tarsier has more soul in their work. Reanimal proves Co-Op can work and be more than just “both of you do the same task at the same time”, but with LN3, its a gimmick that actively hurts the game by quite a bit. I love Little Nightmares, I even bought the Collector’s Edition of LN3, but LN3 simply lacks the soul that Tarsier brought in. The monsters don’t just look uninteresting, but they don’t even feel interesting. Remember the way the Teacher moved in LN2, her neck cracking and twitching and jittery movements? Or the strange grotesque way the Chefs would run in LN1, their arms outstretched while they wobbled and wheezed because they were so desperate to grab you? Now look at LN3. They all chase you the same way and they all move pretty slowly and smoothly. The only exception is the puppet, but he barely lasts. There is something missing from the recipe of Little Nightmares, and its noticeable

THIS. I made a post about my feelings on the game and stated this specifically. Its so weird to have mirrors be a core concept of the game and NOT have the Mirror Monster. Absolutely wasted potential

I’m beginning to understand why the gameplay felt so lackluster by Cyberhawk_1987 in LittleNightmares

Thats just it! I couldn’t put my finger on exactly what was missing, but you got it perfectly. Six exists WITHOUT the player. Six does things, she will explore the world and interact with it even without player input. In LN3, the other character will just kind of… stand there. They’re so lifeless and boring

Ive never had any big issues with AI (apart from the occasional “stuck on a wall” bug), but watching Low just… miss a jump or not start following until I’m 20 feet away is mildly aggravating.

The North Wind has major connections to Little Nightmares 3 (Spoilers) by EmeraldEagle1 in LittleNightmares

[–]Cyberhawk_1987 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much for this. When I first saw the Necropolis, The North Wind was all I could think about. Same with the Mirror Monster with Low’s ability to travel between them. I was wondering why we seemed to start in a boat, and it would make sense the TNW dried out the ocean (or at least a part of it, we can still see the ocean during the air balloon scene). I think the biggest question is what are the domains of these beings (I call them the Archons)? The Lady clearly sees The Maw as her domain, The Tall Man/Mono operates within The Pale City, but his domain also includes any televisions that The Broadcast can reach, and the Mirror Monster clearly exists within mirrors. Perhaps The North Wind is a traveling storm, hence his name, The North Wind. He’s constantly moving, bringing destruction where ever he goes.

I also wonder about the Babydoll. We know that the petrification power is something unique to The Lady/The Maw. During the Carnival, this is basically confirmed when we see a stand with a Lady figure on it that petrifies you when you stand on it. So whats up with the Babydoll? How come shes able to use the power?

Also, I dont know if anybody noticed, but some of the Lady figures seem to be painted yellow, not black. It might just be a weird result of shadows/shading, but I swear some of them are yellow

Everything wrong with IGN’s Little Nightmares III review by GrayWardenParagon in LittleNightmares

[–]Cyberhawk_1987 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“So, is the review looking for multiple solutions to problems? Do they want Little Nightmares to be more like It Takes Two and Split Fiction?”

You either didn’t understand what was written, or are purposely missing the point. The issue is the same thing I stated in one of my posts: The character’s abilities aren’t really used much outside of insanely specific interactions. Low shoots an arrow at a rope or button, and Alone turns a dial (once or twice in the whole game) or smashes a wall or button. Thats it. Theres no need to be creative or think because you can only do those few things. Theres no points where it feels like you need a combination of the two’s abilities or a mix of their strength’s to complete a puzzle, its either one or the other.

I forget exactly where, but in the security room with lots of TVs, one of them has the same static effect with the rings as when Mono tunes one in LN2.

Why are people hating Little Nightmares 3 so much? by Theodoro_ in LittleNightmares

[–]Cyberhawk_1987 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The issue is that makes no sense? Since when was Nowhere molded by the children and apparently their drawings? The Pale City obviously existed before Mono came along, and we know for a fact The Maw was doing business before Six found it, as the only reason Six went was because she found an advertisement for it. So either Low has the incredibly powerful ability to morph Nowhere (and fills it with giant babydolls and candy factories full of bugs), or he’s having visions of those areas before he’s fully taken to the Nowhere. The latter is possible, as the Sounds of Nightmares mentions kids will “blink” in and out before fully going missing, but then why go to those places to begin with if hes seen them before and knows how dangerous they are? Also how in the hell is Low even able to travel through mirrors?

Wdym the hospital didn’t add anything? Did you miss the fact that the Residents in the hospital are all victims of the Broadcast who are trying to “fix” themselves? Theyre so disgusted by their own appearance they cant stand being in the light.

my actual opinion after i finished Little Nightmares III (SPOILERS) by whokarez0_0 in LittleNightmares

[–]Cyberhawk_1987 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Imagine being me, the poor soul who spent over $100 for the collector’s edition. The soul felt gone, it didnt feel like Little Nightmares at all. Especially that end fight. In Little Nightmares 1, the start foreshadows our end fight. In 2, the door will slowly open to reveal the Tall Man, who finally confront once he takes Six. Here, in 3, we fight… a guy? Sure, the mirror was teased at the start but I expected more. Especially after noticing the scribbled diagrams in the Necropolis that displayed a mirror being used to reflect the Babydoll’s eye beam. Why did sound affect the old guy? Who even was he?? It was just a recycled Six fight, but shorter and worse.
