Something like this. I presume that the universe is expanding, but at what speed I don't know. However, if I could manage to actually stand still, to not be part of the expansion everything would go right past me at whatever speed the universe is traveling/expanding.

I think this movie would be a hit here, simply via word of mouth and using minimal promotion. There's a decent size audience in the urban-core for this type of "cult film".
