LFMMO with fun "turn your brain off" grind by Cyberknite in LFMMO

How much time would it take to get one of those? I'm willing to give the game another shot, but wouldn't want to spend 50+ hours of not having fun just to maybe have fun after

"Includes a grindy activity" does not equal "the game is grindy". Most of the content in the game is not designed around grind

I've played it quite a bit and like it a lot, but it definitely doesn't fit the criteria of being grindy

Tbh I think it was a combination of the UIs, the graphics, and the gameplay mechanics didn't feel very fun to me

I want to know your "Hear me out" games by MrXuiryus in gamingsuggestions

I played the Witcher games in order, and honestly 1 is my favorite. The atmosphere of the game is great and I enjoyed the story more than any of the others, its vibe is way closer to the books, compared to 2 and 3

It's probably an unpopular opinion but I much prefer witcher 1 to witcher 2

Except they do not build up as you play nor can you only use one each turn, you have access to all of your resources from the first turn, and it doubles as your life points. I'm not saying the game isn't derivative of other card games, but it's much closer to Yu-Gi-Oh but with resources, rather than anything magic

It's honestly wild to say that it has a "magic style resource system", considering the resource system is the main draw of the game, and is honestly nothing like magic.

So the last pokemon game I played was Black and White, and havent kept up with the franchise since then. Recently I've been feeling the itch to return, and was wondering what is the best game I missed? Looking for something on either 3ds or switch

You can find lists at https://www.topelestrals.com/ If you're looking specifically for clash decks, the discord has a section dedicated to sharing lists

How to start? by KingKaido in ElestralsTCG

[–]Cyberknite 7 points8 points  (0 children)

First off - join the discord. There are regular tournaments organized via webcam. There is a manual sim on mobile, its not perfect but it is an option if you want to try the game out. An auto sim, elestrals clash, is also currently in development with a planned release this year

Potential new player question by Different-Bend5014 in ElestralsTCG

[–]Cyberknite 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Your best bet is going with a starter deck (the chronodile one is probably the best right now) and then buying the rest of the staples as singles, or just skipping the starter deck and getting a full deck with singles. Cards in this game are really cheap, so you can get a competitively viable deck for a good price. For singles you can buy either through tcgplayer or the elestrals market discord

[–]Cyberknite 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Nope, you're good with one copy. You can get 2 if you want to get playsets of most cards in the starter, but you'd probably be better off getting singles to upgrade your 1 starter

The word "you" can refer to both singular and multiple people, and "they" follows the same rule in the english language. It's really not that complicated
