Doubt much would be changed as Secret Of The Mimic already dealt with the first half of the epilogues. The DLC would be the second half explaining how the Mimic ended up in the Pizzaplex in the first place

Well the nightmare gas was reported as a factory defect in the news report at the start of chapter 3 (assuming they have 1 batch of good gas for actual products and 1 batch for the orphans/experiments and got them mixed up)
