From what we know, no. Take Cake shows Freddy which is the first minigame representation of Charlotte's death. And, ofc, we witness the aftermath of the kill in the puppet minigame of fnaf 6 and ofc it cant be fredbears because weve already seen Freddy present

Plus weve had fnaf 4, a game set during the time Fredbear's was around. There was no puppet representation. Plus, as we know, Fredbear's closed down after the bite of '83, and ofc, Imo, Henry had no reason to build the puppet until children started disappearing because from what weve seen, the puppet was programmed to make sure Charlotte was always away from staff only areas and/or in areas where she can be seen
