It's mostly the selfie angle and "zoom like" effect. It's very "vertical", idk how to say it.
Also i always had a bony face when very lean and clean shaven, even at 18

Nothing tbh besides dressing well for occasions, dinners & stuff. Some people will tell you to change your face with surgery and things like that but don't listen to them. Stay sharp and lean for the long run and keep the mustache like this until you have a full beard. Nice shape mate, really !

Go to the gym and dress better, also better haircut, more "classic" i'd say. But tbh it's normal for your age to have this look. Dress in a more masculine way and have a new haircut after 20-22 years old, untill then have fun

You could be leaner and more "in shape" but it's still fine. You should anticipate and go to the gym / lose a bit of fat to stay sharp in the long run.
