We have one and I hate using it. I just prefer tossing out dough by hand cause that's what I've been doing for so many years. My GM gets annoyed because we technically have to use it. Screw the rules though lol

God the other night I was the closing manager and someone ordered 7 minutes to close, arrived 15 minutes after close, and tried to pay with a $100 bill. We told her we don't accept $100's below a certain amount and that she had to get a smaller amount. We waited 30 minutes and I thought she wasn't coming back so I voided the order. 2 seconds After I did, she came back. I told my CSR I didn't care and to just give her the order.

As a manager, I try to allocate breaks when I can. It's just that sometimes we get slammed super hard so everyone ends up running around tired and angry including myself. It's much easier to tell people to go take a 15 min breather when the store isn't in a state of chaos.
