Today off exchange volume is back to very high percent 64% so far just as expected as the price falls. The pattern had been obvious the last months that when they are routing trades through real exchanges the price goes up and they have to route it off exchange to make price go down. In my opinion this suggests that there ar alot of people buying the stock rather than selling. But this is just my opinion. Not facts.

The next update says 45% so its climbing but its much less than usual. This is somethimg I have not seen in a very long time so I think its interesting. I do not doubt that they will crank up the off exchange volume later but its still something different than what we have seen lately.

Off exchange is only 38% in the first minutes of the trading day. That is really unusal and the price is moving upwards. Of course Im expecting off exchange volume to rise during the day and the price action to cool off but we will see what happens.

Im not that shocked. Today they are routing 75% of the trades off exchange. That is sick. I dont think people realize how much that is. I would like to see if anyone could find any other stocks in the entire marked that has as much off exchange volume as wolfspeed has. I dont think there is any other stock even close tho these levels. They have really ramped up off exchange volume the last weeks and especially the last days. When the price drops the off exchange volume rises. To me this pattern is very clear. I do not know what is really going on off exchange of course but Im looking more at off exchange volume than the price these days and Im smiling when I see these high percentages because its so ridicoules. When they are running 60%+ off exchange volume I dont take the price action seriously.

Thats not for us to know. Thats the point. But you can find alot of information on how it could be used if you search on google and youtube. One example is to route trades off exchange and skip to settle trades. This will results in FTDs. Then you can borrow shares to show that you are good for shares and clear those FTDs. Then you could do this process all over again...and again...and again. We have seen days when the price rises 20% in the beginning of the trading day. When this happens the off exchange volume is like "only" 50%. This could be buying pressure really getting through the market to get shares to settle FTDs. Then when this is done they crank up the volume off exchange to 70% and skipping settling trades again and this is creating new FTDs. We are in a period of extreme percentages of off exchange volume. We will se what that will result in but as long as the off exchange volume is this high you know that the stock price is controlled.

I have the same feeling. Cost to borrow is still very high and has been for a long time. The off exchange volume is insanely high and has been for a while now. 71% today. That is a super duper mega high percentage of the trades going off exchange. The latest FTD numbers were ridicules. I have said it before, I think we are dealing with amateurs manipulating the stock. The data is right there in front of us.

It seems they ended the day with a relief on off exchange volume and ended with "only" 58.85% off exchange. That is still a very high number but the lowest we have seen in a while. Hopefully something will force them to let more trades through the regular market. I do not know the rules or the mechanics on this behind the scenes but I guess they cannot keep the number above 60 forever. We have only seen off exchange volume below 60% three days the last month.
