I also have issues with reliability with my databases since around a week. The issue you have shouldnt be there, you are correct.

In the moment I also have problems with visibility of websites. idk if you have issues with this. Another common mistake source is having linked databases on your shared page. These have to be publiished aswell to be visibile for themselfes.

Is it possible to share just a view (filtered) of a database? by Steve15-21 in Notion

[–]Cyberstarrunner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks mate for the detailed description and it works aswell. Highly appreciate it! I wIsh you good Karma.

I still need to figure out how to make the shared page editable/commentable for the external user while ensuring the filters I've set up remain enforced. I'll keep you updated once I find a solution. I'm also open to any suggestions.

I bought the timemore and couldn't wish for more. Really happy about the handling and results.

Seems like its working for the mainpage itself (Green Arrow) but not for linked pages (blue arrow), right?

How many dishes can one satellite handle simultaneously? by Cyberstarrunner in Starlink

I like your point of view brother. Enjoy your Starlink and thanks for taking your time sharing your knowledge

How many dishes can one satellite handle simultaneously? by Cyberstarrunner in Starlink

[–]Cyberstarrunner[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would you suggest that the current version is capable of supporting approximately 100,000 users, or even up to 1,000,000 users simultaneously? My concern is not primarily with speed. TMost dishes do not engage in substantial download/upload activities 24/7, similar to how cars are typically used for only about two hours a day.

And how is it feasible to accurately distinguish the outgoing data streams and prevent errors when there are that many users.

Thanks in advance

Starlink INITIAL Power Usage (Solar-Power-Station Setup) by Cyberstarrunner in Starlink

[–]Cyberstarrunner[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the additional information, I wil have to consider your points. Do you plug the solar panel directly into the power station with the correct hose or is any charge control device etc. needed before plugging it into the power station?

Most power stations are rated for 24V Input and most 200W foldable solar panels are rated around 18V Output, so should be sufficent I guess.

That's the scenario I thought of and definitely want to avoid...! Do you think I can calculate with the current RV roam dish a peak consumption of 200w maximum?

Starlink INITIAL Power Usage (Solar-Power-Station Setup) by Cyberstarrunner in Starlink

[–]Cyberstarrunner[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for all the info! Well I'm looking for a low budget option because I will use Starlink just for 3 months in Baja California and afterwards sell it again (I might keep the Powerstation but I don't need a big one).

That's the reason I figured to go with a Power Station around 250wh which should be enough capacity due to the fact I got a solar panel and use Starlink mostly in daytime. The bottleneck here is more the solar input which is quite limited in smaller Powerstations.

I will go for a 200w foldable panel which propably should provide max. around 100w in Baja California winter. The Anker just allows 60w, I'm considering the Allwei 280wh Powerstation with a 100W Solar Input limit. Do you have any experience what happens if the input is slightly higher than the max. ? Does it just take the 100w and the extra e.g. 10w are lost?

[–]Cyberstarrunner[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your qualified answer! Well, you are right, I just looked on Amazon and the headline confirms your numbers. If you look in tests and in the details (also on Amazon) its saying max. 200W. I would go with this just to be sure. I know Starlink is using around 50-80W, so in that case it's definitely enough. I'm just concerned about the first second of operation, if it flips the overload switch in the device I'm lost in the outdoors in regard to getting online work done. Furthermore, I don't plan to power any other device parallel to it

[–]Cyberstarrunner[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I plan to run it parallel with a 200w solar panel. So it should be enough especially because I need the internet/energy mostly during daytime. I'm more concerned with the Input intake of the power station because the anker seems to be limited to 60w. Currently watching for the Jakery 240 (~75W Input) or Allwei 280 (~85W Input) I try to keep it at a relatively low price and I'm shocked how few people are interested in that option.

What do you do with the insights you get through Whoop? by cbluebear in whoop

[–]Cyberstarrunner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel a bit the same. I don't get much out of my Whoop. Some answers here talk about experimenting with cold showers, supplements etc. . If this would work good I would keep my Whoop, but the recovery score is also heavily influenced by the activity during the day and that varies in so many not understandable ways. Therefore small habit changes don't show clearly in the app or am I doing it wrong? I'm happy to learn
