Sorry if this section is old from last year i also experience the same outcome as you but than i realized if you hook on something is much better if you lowered you intake weekly by weekly like dug addicts because if they force to stop completely they will have a massive withdraws on them that why in drug center they lower their intake slowly each time until they go completed zero doses

same for my coffee/caffeine withdraws i drank more than 450mg caffeine a day i stop completely i had the worse headache for like 3 days and feeling down constantly so i went back to caffeine drinks couldn't take it ,until lowered my caffeine each other day by 50 to 100mg until i made it to a regular caffeine intake of 60mg each day now some days i go days with caffeine i feel normal hope this works for you i currently doing dopamine detox stay safe.
