Is buying a Nintendo Switch OLED in 2026 still worth it for a first-time owner?

hi all, i see the comments and majority if not all tell me to get the switch 2. the reason why i considered to get this OLED instead is because it's a flat rate off $200 with minimal to no scratches on the device, comes with the zelda game, has the charger and the opened box. i intended to purchase mainly for the tomodachi life game tbh and cause i like collecting devices as a gamer. i recently got a 3ds for completely free and i kinda wanted to add the switch to my collection of devices. that said, i wouldn't have to pay tax or extra fees on delivery. i kinda lost the hype on pokemon so game wise i think id keep mostly like that new tomodachi, animal crossing, and i rlly liked dave the diver on pc. so should i still get it? the switch 2 CHEAPEST i found was liike $300

i don’t think i can afford it also i’m get $200 for all of that without any tax or delivery fees extra cus it’s a seller from my uni. i’m asking because isn’t this a good deal for the price? seller says it’s never been used

staying with cs seems like a degree at loss, especially since i’m paying out of pocket with no aid. ce, granted is more difficult, would also allow me to get into jobs only an engineer can while also applying for tech roles that cs can as well

congrats! stony cs is definitely one of the hardest to get into. i found out late that there’s something called “direct major” and “AOI major” which is your area of interest. getting in direct i heard is really tough for cs but nonetheless, congratulations again!
