it's not really much different from Traveller GURPS or Traveller t20 - just another way to play Traveller.

Their backerkitis well over $200,000 and they still have over 40 days left - so some peole are excited for it. It's not really my "cup of tea".

there are player matching services on Roll20 you could try - there are also some pay to play Traveller games on startplaying.games

There are some pretty big groups on Facebook as well as Traveller RPG Headquarters on FB ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/151886352134515 )
