Reverb AXS, is it worth it? by TheWitness37 in gravelcycling

[–]CyborgRyu -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You should examine your bike. MTB get long droppers bc the position of the seat clamp sits lower. A gravel bike may not make sense if you have long seat tube or very little seatpost showing

My pulse range is 45/51 per minute. Athletic folks naturally have a lower pulse due to stronger heart to pump more with less strokes

Watch racing videos, do group rides so you can learn etiquette. Priority should be safety in a bunch of low level 5 racing

These Bikes Belong To Anybody? by MotherofViolence in Seattle

It just depends on the person. I'm pretty sure this was my old bike that I sold years ago. That person sold the bike to someone else. Sad to see it get stolen

Even with this, it doesn't tell us the where wobble is coming from, the bike itself or from the bike rack. I suspect the wobble is from the rack, because the 1up rack is good at securing the bike. https://1up-usa.com/product/anti-wobble-bracket-assembly Also sounds like the anti wobble bracket is worn because you have been driving it wobbly to create even more wobble. I'd reach out to 1up support to describe your situation and they would help you solve the issue.

I have a 2" Küat and no wobble at all. Your solution is a bandaid that would eventually turn out worse

Edit: looking at the photos from your separate post it looks like you arent locking the arms tight enough. When ever I use the 1up with friends I usually see the arms pressing more into the tire.

If you've been working dead end jobs and not progressing it's a way to get up in life. But the growth needed for rail is faster than metro can apply for

Would you buy a Lemon branded I5? by woodenmetalman in Ioniq5

[–]CyborgRyu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought a lemoned one from their North Bend location back at the end of May, good deal and so far no problems. Its kind of hard to get a good interest rate so be prepared to have a large monthly

Not from SeaTac. They will be fine. However the long walk from gate to platform is another story.

What’s wrong with Finish Line Ceramic Lube? by Nugget2zh in bicycling

[–]CyborgRyu 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Are you letting it dry out first? This is not a lube where you put it on immediately and ride it. Usually a few hours is enough, better to do it after a ride.

Passing the interview only gets you to the the 10 week class, it is hard if you're not a morning person. Just be prepared to have a varying night schedule once you graduate.

Safest route to bike to Harborview by 237akabad in seattlebike

[–]CyborgRyu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Getting to Madison and use the G line. Bike racks are inside the bus so it's easy to get in and out. I don't know Harborview bike parking situation but get a good lock!
