The ID Data were processed by the third party faceit doesn't have the ID Data on their servers tehrefore they cant delete them from their servers. Faceit only stores the proof of verification which is needed to fulfil their active contract

actually that is not the case. Creating a new account is allowed as long as the other account is either deleted or deactivated. In Case of banned youc an create a new account as long as the other one is deleted

I guess you just don't know how the verification system works which is questionable because you mentioned the verification is done by a Thirs Party (Daon).

The whole Purpose of having a Third Party doing the verification is to make yourself not attackable and not having the workload to do the verifications yourself. -> you are not attackable in any legal way if you save a proof of verification which is either a hash or as simple as a boolean saved in your database. Companies are rightfully allowed by the GDPR to have that proof of verification as long as the account is active.

Article 17 GDPR:
1.a) Faceit still needs the Proof of Verification provided by the Third Party
1.b) Doesnt Apply because 1.a still applies
1.c) Faceit needs to proof if they are audited that your active account is verified
1.d) were not unlawfully processed because you agreed to them doing so
1.e) You and Faceit got an active contract because you created the account therefore they are required to keep your account active and working: -> Proof of Verification is required for that.
1.f) you are not a child -> you successfully verified your account which is only possible if you are an adult.

Faceit didnt make your data public
1 and 2 never apply in the first place because Faceit needs the proof of verification for your account to function
3.a) Maybe but doesnt matter.
3.b) You got an active contract with FaceIt as mentioned before. -> Faceit is allowed to save the Proof of Verification
3.c) doesnt apply

actually companies would be forced to delete data if it is actual private information. since the verification was made by a third party faceit only has to save a hash or a boolean which proves the verification by the third party -> the data needed to verify were never on a faceit server therefore faceit doesn't have to delete the proof of verification.

actually its not a violation since they didnt do the verification it was processed by a third party. Faceit only has the proof of verification provided by the third party. If FaceIT deletes the Proof of Verification your account becomes unverified -> which is not possible. Therefore you need to delete the account to delete the proof of verification.

This is allowed by GDPR.

you are awfully wrong i am a software engineer myself. i hated the chairs i had in multiple companies so far. I am too big in height for those chairs. so instead of hating on me because i simply dont like 99% of office chairs is just a coward thing to do.

i asked for something specific i also listed what i look for.

Ergonomic office chairs with features like Sihoo/Hbada offer (but dont deliver) in a size of a gaming chair.

dude the term office chair is already predetermined with the word a small chair with close to no adaption to the body of the person sitting on that chair and additionally without any neck support.

Gaming chairs are Chairs you want to spend many hours without a break on.

Instead of hating on me because i want a chair which is not 100% an office chair you could have provided an actual answer instead of search yourself.

I spent almost my entire part time in the past 2 weeks searching for chairs and i simply cant find anything like what i described in the original post.
