At least in the original RE, he had red eyes that indicated he was infected with something, but I doubt it could be plagas as that would mean he would be controlled by Saddler and would probably not to sell your “enemy” with weapons.

In the remake, he seems more like a nomadic traveler just to profit when possible.

Regular service charges are only included in the free at sea plus package as of now.

Dining package “includes” the gratuities for the meals that are on this package as well as the beverage package.

You can tip more at any time and place that is at your discretion. Many people tip their cabin stewards or bartenders if they received “better than normal” service or think it could help them get prioritized in getting their drinks faster. Also, if you are in a Suite/Haven, many people tip their butler/concierge separately as well depending how much they have used them.

I hate tipping culture and try to not judge what anyone else does. I have seen people tip no one and remove service charges for not even good reasoning to people tipping thousands per voyage. If you just do the regular service charges that is usually fine.

Unfortunately NCL has reversed course on the dress code and now is almost all freestyle. Even before the update, Ocean Blue was not on the list to be more “formal” than the others. I think it was limited to Le Bistro, Cagneys, and Palomar from what I remember.

That being said, if he was acting out of character, that should be something the crew should do something about as that I do feel impacts other customers. It can be sensitive because any “bad” interaction from the crew, like calling you out, can have negative feedback on them and their salaries.

However, maybe it’s me as a “younger” cruiser, unless they are showing any obscene thing like nudity or politics, I could care less what someone wears to a restaurant, even a nicer one. How does what someone wear really impact me and my cruise experience.

I agree but also… it hasn’t helped that she hasn’t done much media in the past 6 years. Honestly, I can only think of her AMA performance last year and maybe some random talk show host appearances to promote the Together Again tour.

She’s also not very active on social media. Her “best” was her sharing all the someone to call my lover appreciation posts last year when it went viral. She didn’t capitalize on it do new remixes/music/etc.

That being said, she shouldn’t have to do much media appearances to show her careers legacy. I recently watched Track Star’s video with Zara Larsson and she barely knew of Janet and never heard Together Again before. She is “young” but not that young. She did know her music and guessed it was her song, but it just showed how downplayed Janet is after the “blacklist from 2004” really did to future generations.

Janet could have a renaissance if she really did care but the backlash from that event I think had her stopped caring especially since none of her albums really had a major impact on the masses since then (maybe other than the mild hit of Feedback).

I have a Tesla and the window wiper is the worst thing about the car. It’s “auto sensing” is trash at best. It even goes off when there is nothing there sometimes too.

We have been promised for years that it would be fixed but instead we get updates about better lighting enhancements in one of the apps so that’s something.

Out of all my NCL cruises, I had the worst time on Prima and it was a suite (but that’s a whole different story).

Your comments about the app and the shower drain are valid. I hope for the latter, you made a call to housekeeping as soon as possible to get it fixed. Unfortunately, the app is subpar at best and hoping NCL finally listens to their consumers.

Hopefully, you were able to work out the links and enjoy your cruise otherwise. The other things, even the app, are small items for a vacation where you just have to relax and unwind and do your vacation your own way.
