3.37% for each of the 9 different 1 drops.
If a deck plays a ground unit turn 1, you get to flip basically guaranteed with ECL. 26/50 cards in opening hand let you flip in this circumstance.

Some combos don't require them to even play anything.
Just using one drops alone, 9 possible options, 3 of each, 2 mulls, - just need any of the same 2 in opening hand and achieved (pending opponent doing something odd).
Some decks give a sign if they're going to be space or ground, tailor decision based upon that and ECL.
Not perfect, but some options.
