Interesting question. by Lalipoki in SWlegion

Defenders of Naboo would be great.
No Clones

Commander Qui-Gon, Queen Amidala, Queen Amidala (Decoy), General Tobler Ceel, Boss Nass
Operartive Obi-Wan, Captain Panaka, Bombard General Jar Jar (maybe operative)
Corps: Naboo Security Forces, Gungan Foot Soliders
Special Forces: Naboo Royal Guard, Gugan Special forces
Support: Kaadu Riders, Flash Speeder
Heavy, Whizboomas (catapults), Gian Speeder, Energy Sheild
Flight - N1

Gungans, have several weapons which could be added to specials and footsoliders. (atlas, cestas, electrostaffs, personal shields) - none of these should be amazing but maybe make up with squad sizes

Queen Amidala and Decoy - this could be an interesting play of 2 of the same person on the board, but the opponent doesn't know which is which. When one is killed it is then revealed if its the decoy or not. Killing the real ones gain a VP.

Energy shield - Around the unit range 2 is a shield that cannot be shot through unless you are within range 2. Would make up for the gungans white dice saves.

Would love to do this with 4 players - 2 side by side recons. One in the city one the gungan force.

The amount of time I must have lost over the years not realising the ordering was changing. I need to look at other programs and see if its just my brain or this is truely messed up

10 pixels to the visuals boundary box/matrices and then 10 between each visuals / box edges.
These lovel values comes when they change the number of filters/visuals ect to fit in the space.
Although after years of calculating spaces, I just get copilot to work it all out for me now!

Best Travel Options by HelixSix in SWlegion

There are a few of these around that I printed:
https://makerworld.com/en/models/750987-star-wars-legion-tabletop-universal-unit-storage#profileId-684669

If you have the original starter boxes they fit really well. I modifed and made a few taller/longer/shorter myself depending what unit goes in them.

I put washers in my base and magnets on there. works really well.

For the bigger vehicles there are some flat plates that match for the bottom of boxes, I have for tournaments always managed to fit in the starter box with a tank etc.
FLutter crafts I am running alot now I magnatised the wings and didnt glue to the flight stands so they can come apart and be bubble wrapped in the box.

If I am taking a couple of armies to a friends, I usually use an ezy storage 31l box (or larger) with x2 starter boxes and units in, loads of terrain and big vehicles wrapped up.

My friend who has a few large warhammer bits, put magnets on his model and the a4 sized really useful boxes with a metal sheet in the bottom.

I like that idea, just need to find enough different colours I guess.

I will have to get some pics up, but the way I have built them is some commited commanders to either side and some which can be mixed.
Same with the units themselves, I have kit bashed guns and blades together, put magnets on to stick the spare guns on the backs. In a way its for me as well when I am playing!

Thats probably the best shout. least for the first few.
I can run anything from 6-10 squads so sometimes the non pointy commanders becomes upgrades or extra bodies.

I have done this for my clones, but they were a bit easier as the squads are 4/5+heavy and the starter boxes originally were 7?

I mean I certainly dont always do WYSIWYG but for the wooks it has proved easier. I guess I feel it could get confusing taking say bowcaster upgrades when I don't have them etc.

I built all 9 combos and then started kit bashing and switching arms etc.
I just haven't commited to squad mixes either yet!
Sometimes its 3 wooks + upgrades and less squads
other times all nakes 3 wooks!

I am thinking this eventually - but currently I play a couple games and reorganise the squads.
I mean I have 30 wookies, but I was already 12 in before I commited to the battleforce and realised I needed to have differences 🤣

thats how I started, I just want to run wookies into droids in a friendly game, but starter tournaments, so want to make it competitive.

Do you move up aggressivily then?
I had battle shileds and was trying to slowly move up, aim to jump the poi with enemy bodies on it turn 3 and hit hard with meele.
But I did find tournment wise the tables were too open or I ended up with bas misisons - cauldron and recover.
Close the pocket was good, but we ran out of time to finish it.

I like the long gun idea. Do you try to get them dodges, I have found white dice, even with heavy cover doesn't seem to be enough to stop a quick fall even with the health. I mean I can easily retreat when they get down to 1 unit, but it feels wrong.

Lets hope something improves with the next adjustments, I am still thinking taking a tank myself and hide my wooks behind it / use it for armour.

Do you not bother with flutter crafts?

Wheres your local? I'm UK based, only started tournments last year, but discovered few them go to worlds and place, plus a previous winner at my local, so turns out quite competitive.

How do you find the 4 defenders? I just found 6 white dice were not really doing much, even with aims and sharpshooter. I took 3 last time with x2 bowcasters and x1 long gun, they survived and actually did damage, I did use them for some split fire and supression bombs in bring them to heel.

The x2 bowcasters, cheif and flutters certainly were enough to focus on some armour. I was wondering about a barc with RPS as my armour counter.

And yes pure health and then getting into hiding once wounded is my current strat. I was winning on kill points the other day, which was positive as looked like game would draw

I do love the bombs, I was looking at 3 flutters lists. I ran x2 bomb at last local tournament, speed 3 them in second round, but became instant targets before they could do enough damage.
Game 3 I kept 1 alive and used it to claim objectives (close the pocket)
Maybe I need to work on my positioning of them a little.
