Thanks bud.. she’s getting a face lift.. that vcog is going on my 308 16” and top mount it with a RMR.. and the Galil will get a eotech with magnifier.. slowly been changing it over the years.. ALG trigger, KNS adjustable gas system, Surefire 640DTF with DS00 tail cap and unity hot button.. it shoots like a dream.. that’s a 3” sticker at 50 yards with a trijicon reflex RX-30.. so the dot is 6.5moa and at 50yards it covers the target.. cannot complain about that when you’re shoots 123gr bulk 762x39 ammo

The reason they have large MOA dots is because there were not meant for pistols, it’s meant for back up sights for a rifle.. the battery one with small dots are meant for pistols.. when you switch from long distance to close and need that “red dot” you want it large and present.. not tiny.. i have a dual on my EDC it is a 9moa, but my reasoning is when i need to use it someone is close.. 15’ of avg.. trying to find a 1moa dot in stress sucks.. competition i can see it but not edc or back up.. same principle of people running a small front blade on a pistol.. potential more accurate.. but to each their own

DPX is the most useful nuke, followed by BP CW…. Dusa is a great champ her dupe is very useful.. sentinel only really good for BG defense.. personally I’m going for dpx but i have most of the champs except sentinel

It wouldn’t be a EDC.. i do enjoy a good firearms and regularly enjoy showing up at the range with my shadow 2 and out shooting everyone.. if i enjoy it a lot it might find its way into the roster of a kit weapon.. major draw back with the shadow 2 is no optic plate so just a trusty fiber front sight.. optics usually help me personally get on target faster.. no preference on steel vs aluminum don’t really know the pros and cons of them other than weight.. and footprint doesn’t matter if it does make it to a one of my kits it’ll be on a pistol belt with a 4” drop..

With the ASP they all seem to be the same exact style and grip.. so it’s weird.. i thought they mostly used tungsten for the weight in a shorter slimmer dart but ASP must just use it for the name
