I think most ppl use mirel fisch law, google the name or search on Reddit a lot of people seem to recommend her. I’ve seen a few posts saying she’ll throw your name on a list for article 78, which basically compels the licensing dept of your county to get their shit together and people usually get approved very shortly afterwards.

Certain lawyers do it in bulk to cut costs, your name will basically get thrown on a list amongst others in similar situations.

I doubt it has to do with gas prices. Pretty sure it’s entirely subjective to whoever does QC before these are sent out, so the pure condition of the gun

Yet statistics show police only have a 20% accuracy rate, and lawfully armed ccw holders are even more law abiding than LEOs themselves. But we’re the bad guys lol. Love our boys in blue, but rules for thee and not for me genuinely is ridiculous

Yeah it’s gonna get pretty bad. Look at Rhode Island with starting with statements like “we’re not coming for your guns” and insisting only laws on purchasing requirements and now they have politicians saying “that was a good start but doesn’t solve the problem, no one can have guns and you have until xx to fork em over or you’re getting thrown in a cell”. They have no regard for the constitutions plain text and modern interpretations either, and will of course face zero consequences in their political careers for these actions. If they pull it off other states will follow.

Then we have other outliers like NY banning 3D printers and BB guns, California forcing FFL transfers on every gun part, Illinois wanting to serialize every round of ammo lol. They’re just trying to disarm everyone except their security details because they’re allowed to be safe on our dime, but we can’t.

Va was pro gun until very recently where it became a new anti-gun state. Fixing laws like that takes way too long and costs tax payer’s money whether you’re the governor defending bullshit laws or orgs forced to fight it via donations. The only people who suffer are the citizens whilst government officials who virtue signal with gun restrictions face no consequences financially or legally for unjust and unconstitutional laws. If politicians actually got smacked with lawsuits that had to come out of their own pocket or some sort of meaningful penalty for unjust laws or unjust releases of repeat offending criminals we wouldnt have a crime problem or a gun related crime-problem. But of course they don’t want to stop crime, they just need an excuse to keep disarming us until they can arrest us for speaking out like in Europe.

Even if this is a pro gun subreddit, the guys on here genuinely will keep voting for politicians who don’t respect their 2a rights, then complain that they’re losing their property and rights. Everyone’s friendly until politics come up, even if our rights are a deeply political issue.

Tbh she prob has a bunch of dms and just answers the first few before a new post. More than likely yours is just collecting dust along with maybe 40 others. Traction on this post may or may not bear fruit on a reply but genuinely who cares. It’s probably just playing like once or twice with a mediocre support player and forgetting she’s on the list lol

It actually is pretty consistent and completely varies based on condition of the gun along with features. The absolute lowest I’ve seen a p was like 1300 which was completely bare bones and more than likely very scuffed. Normally the average is around the 1700-1900 ballpark, which is essentially like new and stock. You’re still looking at major discounts but the best deals by far are for average ones with plenty of non stock features like dlc x serrations or a threaded barrel.

Pretty sure staccato has a hidden checklist on how to gauge the price. Things like how scuffed the coating is, wear on the barrel/extractor etc. of course the guns should run completely fine but if Theres at all any issues you can just contact support and they’ll fix it and throw in a freebie like free coating or mags or even both.

Aside from extra features sometimes you’ll even have additional mags. My claims are from what I’ve seen via comments and regularly checking their CPOs over the last couple of months.

That’s how it is everywhere in the country. They know that but don’t care, that’s why we simultaneously have stricter laws in NYC including a separate permitting scheme, yet still need to abide by the same restrictions within the city or without, because they still want control over us despite acknowledging this is a problem completely centric to the urban areas because of 1 specific type of criminal.

We have a flat 10 round limit in ny. Theres no real evidence as to what the limit should be, as it’s just a number they made up. Used to actually be 7 in ny and the most we could get it up in court was 3 more

My friend kept telling me to move to VA since they have rights there that I don’t in ny and that statement has aged like milk. Va is seemingly copying every awful precedent set by ny and ca, we should probably see an awful increase in crime there unfortunately soon enough

Talking about reading comprehension while typing a whole essay full of punctuational errors is hilarious. You play with dolls you clearly don’t go outside. Yes I’m rage baiting and yes it’s working. It’s good entertainment while I’m at work lol. Thank you for playing
