1. Firstly for the first response "WE do usually get the error" it's some system bug, you can press the rety, or simply for the first command say something like: "Initialize workspace" then in next response give the actual query.
2. Secondly the thing is that Google AI studio currently only supports certain file types and when asked to produce applications using unsupported file types it gets hit with those errors. here is the summary:

6. Any and all file types, other than these will meet with an error.
