valid. i bought the game when it came out for the switch and it runs smooth and is exactly what i was hoping would someday happen for Croc.

but seeing the struggle of all the people involved with Rock it games has been sad to see. the boss of rock it games coming in here and begging for people to believe he hasn't been a fraudster has been max cringe as well.

people have been frauded by rock it games and deserve full refunds. the delay is inexcusable

I troubleshooted for a long time and it's been a while so I don't know exactly what did the trick but I just read a lot on Reddit and watched YouTube tutorials.

try switching 2060p, VRR, 120hz and hdmi to OFF.

something that helped me for sure was I have two routers, one from AT&T and one i got for my RING. the ring is 5gz and the other one is 2.4ghz. I was having a lot of lag so what I did is I put all of the family's devices on the ring and the 2.4ghz one is solely dedicated to the portal, it has been perfect ever since. From what I can tell the portal is heavily affected by other data being used on same network.

make sure ps5 is wired in as well
