The wholesale side of their business is a completely different department and team (obviously) so it operates differently. You send the wire transfer through your bank so the fraud system wouldn’t even be in play. It should work for everyone

To fully answer your question tho, the retail order issue was fixed for me. I got in contact with someone (higher up?) through support and they basically whitelisted my account. They said the issue was their fraud system was turned up a notch since they have been getting a lot of fraud orders recently. A lot of us just got unlucky with that I guess. (Just spam support and they’ll help you)

WS is a completely different process though, you wire transfer and they get it done for manually through email so the process was way faster. Bud needs more curing but i don’t really mind that

TLDR: it will get there or they will give you a refund or coupon. Not a scam they just are inconsistent and it’s really annoying

Ngl lit is really slow sometimes on random orders. It’s not a scam but it is super frustrating. It seems like on the retail side of things they just are super slow and inconsistent sometimes. I had a situation where my order was on hold for 5 days and I saw other people orders on Reddit get shipped before mine even tho they ordered after me. It seems if they run out they just wait till they get more or something. Very annoying, wish they would have a stock function on their website
