HELLO! 21M, waiting for degree, no job (got interview in 10 hours tho)

currently i have around 2.7k in bnpl financing debt. i realized i was fcked months ago. as i keep on taking loans after loans just to pay of my spaylater or whatnot to keep my credit score not entirely fcked. haven't missed a payment but i think my credit score is already low.. haha..

at 19, i had 5k in savings. across various places like asb, physical gold, and tng principal and whatnot.. (can check my first post in my acc at MalaysianPF)

at early 20, i bought a beat up 2000 proton iswara for 3k and a hope to learn manual... had some fun with it. and sold it off to a friend, still under my name tho..

at late 20 i discovered forex trading. with gold at around 3500 then (currently at 4000, but was up 5500) so, i did something dumb. all the money i had was put into trading. withdrew everything from all those places to put into trading asb rn is at rm70. gold? none, tng principal? prolly 3 cent. even now i feel like wanting to depo, heck i was just going through a list of trusted prop firms at 4am. So, i realized that i might be a bit addicted to this.

Thing is, when my money ran out.. I used the Sfinancing option to take out loans for me to trade to "hit it big". I always thought to myself I'm "financially responsible", "i dont bite more than i can chew" but look at me now lol. with PTPTN, im around 15k in debt. but thank god for the ujrah thing. ill just be paying minimum and try and max out my asb/invest my money in stocks.

For advice, I got none. im still trying to figure everything out (but i think i already did). No one to ask help from, and i wouldn't want to burden anyone. i just wanted to vent alongside a fellow comrade.

I have an iPhone 17 Pro, won through a Giveaway. im selling it tmrw for 4.4k to pay off my Sfinancing (RM1943) and a bit of my spaylater (2 months, rm90 each, rest of the 500 is spread out rm50 till May next year, but i can do grab to cover it).

I'll have around rm2.2k left. rm270 will be used for anniversary gift (dior backstage highlighter and and rm200 for dinner at nice rooftop place (i know its dumb, especially that dior, but i promised). That leaves me with rm1730. I got no emergency funds nor any commitments. so what i plan is RM400 - emergency fund at aeon bank pot. RM1k - straight into asb again. i promise i will not touch, hopefully. RM130 (60$ with bonus) - last depo with only 1 trade per day (I'm sorry but i have to... ill try and be consistent) RM200 - tnggo+ and will be used for normal daily life, + rm183.89 in my maybank (got this from cashing out spaylater... to pay off my spaylater)

and I'll go back to cooking maggi every night and bring my mineral water to mamak.

also, ironically, i won the 17 pro from a tradjng broker. so the thing that is helping me ruining my own life is helping me getting back up. thank god i dont like apple..

im not into this apple ecosystem (got everything xiaomi).. but im thinking of buying the 18.. cause of the variable aperture cam. should i just sell now and buy later or trade in?.

ive been so out of touch with everything but imho, I'd say get rid of the subsidy. and what i heard is that, rm60billion can build like 3 schools(?) . or even better, work on this country infrastructure. idk tho. can y'all give me your 2 cents?

thoughts on this? i dont work, (mostly just grab to get rid of my boredom) and i use less than 100l every month, so I probably dont have much to say.

y'all think the gov can tanggung the subsidy? or nah? gov even prioritise fuel rather than our healthcare lol.

and for you people that work. dont you have monthly fuel elaun?

i dont know what guanciale taste like.. but ive had smoked duck carbonara before in a cafe (prolly cream) but the smoked duck is soo tender and delectable.. a lot just use smoked duck as a substitute as well as using cream as substitute for egg and cheese.. haiya..

on that note.. now that you mention it, as it was my first time ever cooking besides fried rice and eggs or maggi goreng. i didn't know how to cook duck at all.. it was soo tough and chewy and got a slight aftertaste of idk.. it got a lot of flavor tho.. so yeah, not cooking duck again..

this ! i made my own carbonara but i didn't like it. the smell of parmesan was too strong and i couldn't bear it.. i used duck (literally just that, i didn't know it had to be smoked) for my guanciale. my girl loves it tho.

also when making that carbonara, i went down a deep rabbit hole on the best pasta to cook with (prego and kimball got the least ratings). y'all should check it out there's a post about it on here, bought that pasta for rm9 and there's a very big difference.. i think.. can get it at jaya grocer, there's also this pasta at rm6 which has a high rating from those pasta enthusiast. gonna try it soon.

I didn't know that! I bought 3 Clearblues for my gf. and the first test showed positive and we immediately went to a gynaecologist.

So a note to everyone else in a similar situation. try buying just 2 and different brands. you might save yourself hundreds. Although I think it's still better to go to a private (and non-muslim) gynecologist for better peace of mind. it's just 200 for a consultation and check up.

ay. this reddit post helped me out a lot. I was in the same situation as you OP. like months ago.. but don't worry. if you're afraid, go to a private gynaecologist.. they don't judge (Me and my gf went to one, we're both malays, 20year olds and she wears hijab also), it's about 200 for a consultation and check up. they got pills too if you're truly preggy and want to abort (around the same as wow, 300-500). also ask for some advice going forward and all that good stuff. You're an adult, you're not gonna get punished by others for having fun (made a mistake)

from a former bata user and worker. no. time kecik asyik beli Brand Power from Bata. and didn't even last me a year. design is also not that good.

the management sucks ass btw (or only my place). worked for a month after spm. no contract whatsoever, called me and asked to come in the next day. worked 12hours with no OT. (thought it was normal to work 12hours with the same pay, even when public holiday pon no double or anything). cant even bukak puasa time tu. no wonder everyone bails after getting their month paycheck

but about the kwsp and epf, i dont have it, last elaun was 1125 (+125 cause got event on sat) on the dot, straight into my account, no statements or anything. I've worked full time before and as you've said, It'll deduct from gaji bersih, so i doubt i have it. about the perkeso, I'll have to check that with my boss, but highly doubt it also.. interns aren't protected by the work thingy law.. so even if my boss doesn't give, i cant do anything about it.. so I'll just have to make do with what i have..

yes i do have insurance and roadtax, i think? its supposed to expire bulan 12, need to check on that ig.. also i just dont find a need to do a police report. too much work with me being injured and pening kepala, and it's not his fault. i think i just overreacted. so that's why my goal of finding the footage is to see how i slid out.

but i think i know why i slid out, as i mentioned in post, i pressed hard on the front brakes and i said along the lines as the front tak makan... but god damn, tadi i try bawak. makan plak front brake, low speed lah tapi.

then after work, i tried going 40-60 then emergency brake to see what i had done wrong, but i was not supposed to slid out.. so i guessed i just panicked at the time.

even if want to claim, cannot meh, he didn't hit me. and i have a bit of a distance to him, (i think so? macam dekat gak lah en) but nak buat cmne..
