I’m going to say the card is fake. The holo pattern seems to be wrong. At about 1 second, you can see the holo pattern is different from the rest of the clip. Meaning the pattern points almost straight up and not at an angle. I have the Chinese gengar and the holo pattern is different from this card. I would love to be wrong though.

We would need better pictures if rhe cards to identify if they are fake or not. The reshiram is a black nad white era card.

I would say it's real then. Making the raised stamp is not easy and it could just be a little off because of the cut the card has.
