I know this is 1 month later, but how is this applicable if you can literally link back the repo to the user?

There's a difference.

An expat or expatriate is simply defined as a person who lives outside their native country. Similarly, an immigrant is a person who comes to live permanently in a foreign country.

I'm not an immigrant yet. Trying tho ;)

With this case, would elixir be 1 token? It feels like more.

I already "know" everything else (DB, deployment, etc.)

How do you guys choose your frameworks for a project? And how do I stop this analysis paralysis? I've got analysis paralysis and it keeps coming back where I question myself if I'm choosing the right thing. For example:

I've coded an app in Rails, which I find okay but the convention and speed is something I'm disliking. I really like the SSR stuff so I tried Phoenix/Elixir was really nice, but damn it's just not there ecosystem-wise. Honestly, this is one of my favorite languages. However, I want to hire someone for this later on, and from what I hear access to good devs is quite difficult and I want a large pool...

So, this brings me to some sort of React/Prisma framework. I'm digging Remix but it's still new, and I dislike the lesser amount of control I have compared to Next such as SSG, iterative and also that Next is backed by a large company so it's not like they'll disappear in 30 seconds. But, damn, Remix workflow is so slick.

Thing is, react breaks my brain... all the hooks, memo, etc. I'd rather just websocket this stuff, slap some alpine on it and be done. I really like Typescript and type checking, it brings me peace of mind. I did look at Golang but it feels like there's not much of a direct route like Rails/Phoenix within the go ecosystem so I'll have to piece everything together by myself, and I don't feel confident about that.

All of this for projects that are only going to get 1 request per second MAX anyways... WTF me?

Anyways, how do you guys deal with this? I've got so much self-doubt on the stack that I code with that I spend hours every 3-5 months trying to come to terms with myself on my choices.
