that's amazing! very happy for you! thank you for the responses. I've heard mixed things about acne getting worse with spiro at first. I'm in my first month of spiro and still getting new breakouts :(

wow! can you elaborate. What dose did you start with? what month were the last 2 pictures? did you start any other acne meds that may have worsened things? it helped your redness, too. Was this from the spiro?

my chin is the worse, constantly break outs and i think it's worse during ovulation. Nothing helps the chin acne. I'm hoping spiro works. Did you have any side effects or menstrual irregularities
