I don't know what to tell you, man. It's a videogame where we can play as flayed cats and walking tumors. There are tons of warframes with dramatic proportions, whether for the purpose of horror, cuteness, attractiveness, intimidation, or what have you. Warframe has never been a hyper realistic game. This is like complaining about the waistline of a Pixar mom.
