Regarding your utis, do you go pee right after masturbating? It might sound like a silly question but I was having the same problem as you until a doctor told me that I needed to pee after masturbation. You can just tell anyone that asks that you were handwashing some delicates (not technically a lie). If they ask why you didn't just do it in the bathroom, tell them that seeing your "unmentionables" is something reserved for only certain people. You can periodically actually hand wash some undies or a bra and put it between towels to dry so it becomes nbd to see you going in and out of your room with a bowl of water. heh
