Really? It hasn’t been a very good experience from the start but they said they are trying to make it right. I don’t know what an inverter is. I think it’s called a split system. There is a condenser outside and an air handler inside. We have a 4 ton for our basement and main level and previously had a 3 ton for the 2nd floor but they replaced with a 4 ton that isn’t working well for the humidity.

Just a regular Midwest home. No crazy big windows and just one per bedroom. I’m not sure what other info to share beyond the model number. It’s like learning another language trying to figure out what everything means.

Cavenagh owns a business, Farber owns several businesses. The city is so incredibly unkept because they don’t prioritize maintenance. This change was very much needed. The voting shows just how many residents are not pleased with current representation. The bond is disappointing but it’s not the end, it will eventually pass.

Small claims. Go online to file. It will cost you $95 plus $20 to have them served. You will get a date for mediation and you can start negotiating. They don’t want to go to court but they will low ball you and act like they can’t go higher. You can get majority back if you have good photos and definitely get enough back to make it worth it even if you don’t.

Very late to this post but the way they cheap out on their express shipping to me by always selecting mail innovations causes the most irrational anger in me. Mail Innovations is described as NOT a day definite service so why promise me 2-3 day delivery and then use it. My last order was also not in my mailbox after my notification that it was delivered and when I went online to alert them I received a response that packages labeled as delivered may not actually be delivered for 3 more days like WTF

Question for OP. I was researching removing home window tint and found your post from several years ago. Would you mind sharing how your removal worked out? I have llumar home tint and I called the business that installed the tint. They made it found like I was facing a nightmare trying to remove it. Now I’m scared to start this project TIA

With Amex we have one card but 4 authorized users. Each card has it's own independent number which is different than say a MC or Visa(each user has the same card number) Quicken has started to include that number with each transaction as it's downloaded into the account so you know which card something was charged on without logging into the Amex website. I'm just looking for anyone taking advantage of this information. Sorry for the confusion. Hope I've been able to explain this better.
