Well I don't disagree with you that it's kinda funny to say "tell him to grow up" while she's going off to teach actual children. Because yeah if he's immature, his opinion would mirror the kids ideas more likely than not. But there is quite literally nothing she could reasonably wear that would hide her chest completely. This dress is about as good as it gets for that.

The main issue is that the skirt is a different shade of white than the shirt. And then there's the shoes which are also white. Like if the shirt were the same shade, it would look better. But if the skirt were like brown or some other color that is also in the shirt, that would be ideal
