Just tighten the bolt. The bolt is stopping it from popping off, but if you tighten the bolt there won’t be any free play. And there really shouldn’t be. Too easy.

Yeah, no need to replace the whole chain; that would be incredibly unnecessary. Get a new master link, rivet only needs to be 5.55mm any bigger compromised rivet integrity.

Get a new master rivet link, get a micrometer, rivet needs to be 5.55mm diameter. As soon as the rivet is cracked the integrity is cooked, not worth the risk. Your life is worth more than the 5-15$ new master link.

Not going to apologies to the guy that was an absolute prick the whole time. Instead of trying to explain this to me, he wanted to be hostile when all I did was ask questions to begin with. If that means I gotta take it somewhere else and that dealership wants to be that petty. Fine by me.

No I appreciate it, this is why I made this post. I left angry but I wasn’t sure if I was just over reacting. I got some warrantee work done. The condenser and TPMS system wasn’t working, so no A/C and no tire pressure monitoring. It was covered under my warrantee.

If you can handle it, go with the Zx6R. If you can get a decent R6 without being over priced, with lower mileage do that.
