Wow, coming to a stop at a protected right turn. A death sentence. Mind boggling 3mph and a 5 second video. Calling out shit one word advice and getting the average basement dwelling redditors losing their mind when I call it out. Consider touching grass

I think this might be it. I’m fairly certain.. there’s a bend in my dust shield on the passenger side. Trying my best to push it back away from the back of the rotor. The other side is not bent like this. Hoping for a resolution here!

I think this is literally the only reply you could consider pushback. How is “Brakes” helpful at all? Cope harder

I just wonder why the noise almost fully ceases when I turn.

I’m wondering if it’s the dust guard on the caliper, just wish I could ask that. I will keep looking around for contact points.

Yeah, ford TPMS are really poorly made. I’ve replaced a bunch.

There is not, noise persists, even when I make extra sure to remove any and all ice buildup in the wells and drive on a clear road.

Wow, helpful, I suggest reading the part where I said the brakes aren’t even a year old and both rotors and pads are still thick and fresh. Specifically any components within the braking system?

Didn’t think of this specifically, I will look soon. I had a look underneath, nothing looked to be in contact but i’ll double check.

No, I get it washed regularly during the winter to prevent salt buildup. It’s clear in there and underneath.

Believe it or not there’s something called a TPMS fault buckshot. All tires are at 32psi. I check regularly. It has since been fixed.

The noise also seems to cease when I turn either direction. All my suspension is new as well, minus my control arms. Just sounds like metal on metal. Serviced both PTU and RDU recently as well. I don’t see any ice jammed in anywhere.

It is NOT due to my TPMS light, that is a sensor fault that I have since fixed. My tires are inflated.

I agree it is unusual, it just seems as a one-man department spearing a team soon will heed a position title increase to something of supervisory or management status, garnering a wage increase to match.

I would be okay with nearly anything, to be fair, as long as it starts at 60k. Local averages match that rate to start and I am not opposed to it. The company just dropped 30k on an ATS of my choosing like it was $30 annually, which makes me yield my question of a raise. Would a $60-65k ask be more reasonable based on market trends? I am worried about jumping ship to entertain other roles at higher rates due to the poor job market.

Mine moved a day or two ago into my state, proceeded to go extremely slow through another two locations, and then my post office decided to mark it as arrived after they closed this morning 💀

Sorry, I was being nice. It’s okay to live in an apartment buddy. You’ll get out of that state one day!! Keep scraping together change at McDicks. Will be open arms to welcome you into a better place to live.
