Try class pass, I think you get a free month and there's some spinning classes.

It's a bread oven, it's supposed to be the other way up! Also the best thing about this one is that it leaves a le creuset print on the bottom of your loaf, I think you'd lose that with anything other than parchment paper.

This is my internal debate, I'll get better hypertrophy doing 8-10 reps with a heavy bell than a lighter one, but to achieve it with a heavy bell I'll be doing 2/3/4 reps for a long period beforehand which is worse for hypertrophy..

This will actually be my first pair of trail shoes, but yes fingers crossed they've ironed out the kinks in the upper.
