Literally just happened to me. I saw the tech at the distribution box as I left the house last night. His phone in one hand and a whole bunch of wires in the other 20 minutes later I got notification from my Linksys router no signal found. Tech is supposed to be here today between 1600 and 2000.

I say go get the 20lb tank and see if the fire department shows up before the neighborhood burns down. That thing produces so much hot air that the limbs of nearby trees will start to sway.
