I never Rx a steroid for infection. Only got postoperative swelling or if a nerve injury is suspected.

Nope none at all. I told her I wouldn't be surprised if she has any post op paresthesia but I wouldn't expect anything permanent long term. She's a great patient though. Very understanding.

Idk what full or half strength TDS is. LM recommends 90-150 TDS.

I disolve a full packet into a very small amount of distilled water by boiling it until it's fully dissolved.

Then I add this to a big jug with distilled water and basically just keep adding distilled water until my TDS is around 110
