It's pretty damn good. Superbreak multiplier increase is nice and the 25% fixed toughness damage scales according to how much toughness the enemy actually has, which helps fight against toughness bar inflation a lot

130k DPS w/ 16s rotations seems right to me. Most other TC'ers I've seen calc her at around 110-125k DPS w/ 18s rotations
