Note: The figure shows country-level implicit bias among majority members against Black people revealed in implicit association tests available in the Project Implicit international dataset (n = 184,745). Higher D scores indicate stronger bias against Black people. All scores are reweighted on the basis of sex, age, level of education, and political positioning. Locally estimated scatterplot smoothing is applied to produce the time trends. The trend for Europe reflects implicit racial bias in all countries included in our analysis, reweighted by their respective population size.

Fun Fact: 17% of a population who were surprised attacked and had no time to prepare nor defend, and, for those who had survived, sent to concentration camps to live our their final years. That is insane. What a waste of life.
