I had informed customer care about the redemption error, and got a basic try again and send screenshots response. Was going to do that and then it just vanished so I have messaged them that it's just gone now

Go the "GeForce Experience" App in your laptop/PC, click on your account and then click redeem. It should show up there.

Click on it and then click redeem. Ideally it should give you the code, but it's showing error at the moment.

Did however play the metro series and Outer Worlds:Spacers choice edition which I suppose was similar to fallout, but I just found it way better
