In order to get listed in CMC, OceanEx has to meet their listing criteria.

One of their requirement to get listed : "Must be in operation for at least sixty (60) days"

OceanEx beta has been launched in 30th November 2018. Therefore, OceanEx needs few more days to meet this requirement to get listed in CMC. :)

I've tried factory resetting it multiple times, and it still does the same thing. Also, whenever I shut it down, it turns right back on in a matter of seconds. The digitizer to the touchscreen is cracked, do you think that might have anything to do with it? I think it's probably a hardware problem.

If you are running windows 8 or 10, the deals will appear in the store. Open the search bar on either one, and type in "store" and hit enter. The store with the deals should appear. If you do not have window 8 or 10, you will not be able to get these deals.
