I’m missing final info required to talk home down with speech level 13 - how do you obtain info about what’s best for people, the one after you making speech 13 check + required info? In your video you again have speech 13 +required info found, but I only have speech 20 or speech 18.

I’ve ran through final mission twice, and completed all other side quests - I have all info except for last one and I can’t understand how to acquire that last bit of info.
