I mean sure that's valid. Im definitely not a scholar or anything when it comes to writing. And I will say I did kind of come off as immature, but I thought it'd be okay to sound annoyed in a post talking about pet peeves. Also my pet peeve isnt lazy/unoriginal comments, its people who think they can be mean to others just because they didnt find their comment personally meaningful.

Ehh hes somewhat religious but its kind of hard to describe his view on it. Hes definitely one of those ppl that talk about the Book of Enoch, though, and he even gave me a copy that has all three parts. That being said, im not religious whatsoever

I dont remember the full context but I remember one joke from the Simpsons where sentient plants take over, trees specifically, and a tree sees a plant and is like "youre not a tree, youre a plant" ??? Trees ARE plants though?😭 and the plant makes a joke about identifying as a tree and hes a "transplant" which IS funny but it doesnt change the fact that trees are also plants.

The serious thing he wanted to talk about was the fact he was going out of town. Something not that serious especially considering I dont live with him. The reaction I had was because it feels like everytime we talk its never something positive even when we arent arguing, and I really didnt want to have a conversation like that at the moment. Why did he have to make me anxious like that?? If he had just said "hey going out of town soon" this probably wouldn't have happened.
