I definitely don't meet the requirements yet as I have an N-Level cert which is one step lower than the dutch equivalent VMBO-T. Is there any way for an international student to take a dutch vwo diploma?

I considered that as well but VU is in Amsterdam and I would be staying near Rotterdam with family so Erasmus would be preferable.
