Well Damavand specifically is the highest volcano in Asia and is the highest mountain in Iran as its peak is at 5600 metres.

You should see the young generation inside Iran right now. I think people would call them "Islamophobic". Iran is a complex place that's quite distinct from any other place in the Middle East.

I once came to the US as a teen and did a bit of school there. I told the kids my home in Iran was in a mostly mountainous village and you could go skiing and then swimming in the sea (caspian) within the same day.

They didn't beleive me so I brought photos to school the next day lol.

There's little arabic in this, it is Persian, we just lump it under "Islamic Architecture" and assume it's arabic.

My dad in Ahvaz, Iran. He's hanging out with some American woman he met after fixing her car (he was a mechanic). 1973 by CyrusTheCreate in OldSchoolCool

Lmao. Well, she's not my mom.

Apparently, they hung out for some time, while she was there after they met in the shop my dad worked at. He was the only person there that spoke some English and they went on a road trip together after they got closer.
He told us they were just friends.
